Talent Recruiter Assistant (Bd Manager Assistant)

Job Description :

1. Work as Talent Recruiter to find and recruit message & voice chat host for voice room app .
2. Find and recruit host via various channels like agency , Instagram , Facebook , Youtube social media or groups , communicate and coordinate with host to achieve higher income target .
3. Agency dashboard managing and Data collection & process on Excel

Job Skill & Experience Requirement :

1. Good at sales pitch skill , or with persuasive communication skill  , preferably with sales experience
2. Willing to learn new things and hardworking , can work outside the working time and weekend 
3. Fluent English-typing on laptop/phone , good English speaking for verbal communication
4. Age under 24 , be patient and good at communication
5. Have an android phone , and a laptop
6. Live in Jakarta
