Job Description :
- Responsible for innovating and improvising products from existing products
- R&D support to develop product concepts including but not limited to evaluating existing and new products
- Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to promote brands and inspire consumers by creating products (decorations)
- Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to increase brand awareness via digital and trade marketing activities. Support organizing exhibitions, trade shows and competitions to promote brands
- Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to demonstrate products both internally and externally to inspire and educate
Requirements :
- Have 3 years experience as a pastry chef in the field of cakery, pastry, food service or FMCG
- Having knowledge in the field of food technology is a plus
- Know the characteristics and application methods of Cake and bakery products including decorations, fillings and chocolate
- Have experience in the field of product development cake, bakery and Pastry in the food industry or food raw material industry.
- Experienced in product presentations and demos for internal and external parties
- Having experience in digital marketing as content development is a plus
