Technical Quality Assurance  

Quality Assurance (QA) division aims to ensure that all products we develop for, and deliver to customers and partners match their purposes and meet external and internal requirements. It is the responsibility of the Quality Assurance Staff to ensure that customer software applications and standard software release versions perform properly. Utilizing the QA testing methodologies and systems implemented by the QA Department they ensure the accuracy, stability, and user-friendliness of PT. Indodev Niaga Internet’s software applications. In addition, the Technical QA staff is also responsible for keeping software user- manuals, software integrated help files, and other material if applicable always up-to-date and providing proper documentation of custom functions.

Job requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• This position is at the Junior level (open to Fresh Graduates) and also at the Middle Staff level (Preferably with proven 2+ years of experience in software development or testing, focusing on automated testing).
• Deep understanding of driving concepts of Quality Assurance across product lines and industry-standard testing tools.
• Experience with test automation frameworks (such as Katalon, Appium, or Cypress).
• Ability to train and influence the wider engineering team to deliver higher-quality products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors that can result in major problems.
• Growth mindset, challenging the status quo to find new solutions and out-of-the-box ideas.
