- Daily customer support for technical matter
- Identify spare part request and prepare the material identification list for the RFQ
- Identify recommended spare parts for customer outages
- Onsite support for emergency work or during outage
- Maintain communication with HQ engineering team
- Support KAM for technical promotion
- Assist customer with outage scope of work development including TTIL / ECS recommendations
- Planning for outage work on Technical portion
- Review technical specifications from customer RFQs and assist with obtaining and reviewing vendor quotations
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 0 - 2 years experiences
- Strong technical (electrical) knowledge such as line diagram, drawing etc
- Having the knowledge of electrical international standard
- Having experience for planning the spare part and outage work is preferable
- Having good communication skill
- Having experience to face the customer will be preferable
- Willing to work at site
