Uraian Tugas

  • Daily customer support for technical matter
  • Identify spare part request and prepare the material identification list for the RFQ
  • Identify recommended spare parts for customer outages
  • Onsite support for emergency work or during outage
  • Maintain communication with HQ engineering team
  • Support KAM for technical promotion
  • Assist customer with outage scope of work development including TTIL / ECS recommendations
  • Planning for outage work on Technical portion
  • Review technical specifications from customer RFQs and assist with obtaining and reviewing vendor quotations

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 0 - 2 years experiences
  • Strong technical (electrical) knowledge such as line diagram, drawing etc
  • Having the knowledge of electrical international standard
  • Having experience for planning the spare part and outage work is preferable
  • Having good communication skill
  • Having experience to face the customer will be preferable
  • Willing to work at site
