Telemarketing Staff

We are actively seeking a dynamic Telemarketing Staffto join our team in the business training sector. The successful candidate will provide business management course training and consulting services to entrepreneurs through active marketing. Proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST. This role requires a strategic thinker with a background in telemarketing or sales and a keen understanding of the training landscape.

Job Descriptions:

Professional Ability

• Ability to identify customer needs and match products; effective communication skills, strong negotiation skills and product sales capabilities;
• Provide business management course training and consulting services to entrepreneurs through active marketing;
• Through the company's on-the-job training, become familiar with the product content, communicate with students and understand their needs, and carry out final results;
• Help customers solve implementation problems after learning, continuously explore customer potential needs, and bring lifelong value to customers;
• Regularly maintain customer relationships, improve service satisfaction and ensure service continuity.

Learning Ability

• Have strong learning awareness and methods, and be good at absorbing new knowledge;
• Ability to serve customers;
• Sincere attitude, maintaining and serving customers through professional abilities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus;
2. Fluent English speaking and listening skills is a MUST; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus;
3. Proven 2-3 years of experiences in sales or telemarketing sector;
4. Priority will be given to those who have experience in the training industry; have a basic understanding of the education industry;
5. Understanding of sales Q&A, FEAB and other knowledge.
