Telemarketing Supervisor (English Speaker) - Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Job Summary:

As a Telemarketing Supervisor, you will oversee and support the Telemarketing Team Leaders and Telemarketing Specialists, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and maintaining high-quality standards in customer interactions. You will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and optimizing the performance of the team to drive successful sales outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and guidance to Telemarketing Team Leaders, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and goals.
2. Collaborate with Team Leaders to develop training programs for telemarketing specialists and continually enhance their skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of Team Leaders, offering constructive feedback and coaching to improve sales effectiveness.
4. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales outcomes.
5. Foster a positive and motivational work environment that encourages teamwork, productivity, and high performance.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new approaches into the telemarketing strategies.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience 4 years in telemarketing or sales, with demonstrated success in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
2. Fluent in English is a must
3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
4. Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving goals.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
6. Deep understanding of sales techniques, telemarketing strategies, and customer relationship management.
7. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
8. Analytical mindset with a focus on using data-driven insights to enhance performance.

This position will be full WFO at Kino Tower, Alam Sutera - Tangerang from Monday - Saturday.
