Test Management Head - Automation, Performance & Environment Testing

Job Description:

• Conduct preparation for SIT and UAT (prepare test plan/strategy, test scenario including negative and positive flow, test data, test environment, sign off, closure, and all related documents)
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders (user and other CoE team members) for testing related activities
• Ensure testing activities are executed according to the timeline
• Ensure quality of the delivered process (zero failure) based on the defined requirement
• Actively monitor and report testing progress to stakeholders and defects/issues found during the execution of the automated test

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Mathematics or equivalent.
• Have experience in leading a team is preferable
• At least 7 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with Automation testing tools, performance testing & Project Management
• Familiar with banking Product System Applications
• Placement at Bintaro, Tangerang
• Hybrid Working Arrangement
