Responsibilities:
- Compute ticket cost and issue / reissue tickets for corporate employees.
2. Respond to employees travels needs inquiries with accurate information.
3. Issued and reissued travel tickets.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma Degree from any major.
2. Preferably having a work experience at Airlines or Travel industries as ticketing staff using GDS system.
3. Preferably having experiences in Customer Services role.
4. Good written & spoken in English is a must.
5. Have a good communication skill and a team player.
6. Flexible availabilities are highly appreciated and rewarded (able to work shifts that include days, night, public holidays).
7. Fresh Graduate (s) are welcome to apply.
8. Willing to work at Central Jakarta (Harmoni, Batu Tulis, Gambir).
