Job Description
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Provide personalized travel recommendations and advice tailored to each client's interests, budget, and travel objectives.
- Research and gather information on destinations, attractions, accommodations, and transportation options to create customized travel itineraries.
- Book flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to clients before, during, and after their trips.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging destinations to enhance service offerings and knowledge base.
- Collaborate with team members and travel partners to optimize client satisfaction and business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions using appropriate software and tools.
- Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional travel services to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and strive to exceed client expectations at every touchpoint.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Tour Consultant, Travel Agent, or similar role in the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and services worldwide.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in booking arrangements and documentation.
- Customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
- Familiarity with reservation systems, booking platforms, and travel-related software.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends or evenings as required.
- Relevant certification or training in travel and tourism is preferred.
