Job Description :
- Conducting classroom training and on the job training where needed (Hard Skill & Software Skill)
- Conducting and review training evaluations result to asses how the competencies profile
- New & existing staff training completion (on track evaluation is completed to benchmark levels)
- Making Material for training
- Reguler outlet visits & Opening team support
- Act as leader/active shadow
- Canvassing training
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma 3 in Education/Training/Hospitality
- Have experience as a trainer for at least 1 year or at least an Assistant Manager role for least 2 years in comparable field (large hotel/F&B chain or retail chain
- Good communication skill, detail oriented, able to task multitask with good time management
- Wiling to work mobile (Around Legit site)
- Owning personal vehicle
