Trainer Staff

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to Prepare an annual training calendar till execution 
2. Responsible to Identify the training need of the organization
3. Prepare and update the training manuals 
4. Analyze feedback for improvement opportunities
5. Ensure and prepare reports on the results of training implementation

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in every major, or a related field.
2. At least 2 year’s experience in the training environment
3. Experience in multifinance/fintech industry will be plus point
4. Familiar with financing industry and financial technology
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
7. Certified Train The Trainer SPPI
8. Certified Train The Trainer BNSP
