Job Description:
- Liaise with Product Team, in order to deliver accurate information of product updates to CS Team
- Create variety of training solutions and methods based on the difficulty metrics of new product updates, in order to ensure the completeness of training materials
- Deliver training and standardize flow handling process to CS Team, in order to improve team’s skill and knowledge in technical/product and also to ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaise with leads across CS function in finding gaps of interpersonal improvements, in order to provide recommendations and meet the company’s standard
- Deliver training, constructive feedback, and counselling of the trainees, in order to improve customer service skills and communication
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher degree from a reputable university
- At least 1-year experience as a Trainer within the Customer Service area
- Get used to Training Need Analysis, Training Design & Development, Training Delivery, Coaching, and Training Evaluation
- Microsoft Office & Presentation Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Independent
