- Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers or instructors.
- Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.
- Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors.
- Select and assign instructors to conduct training.
- Schedule classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment, or instructors.
- Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials.
Job Requirements:
- Have experience as Training & Development minimum 1 years
- S1 any discipline from reputable university. Prefer from China university
- Have English and Mandarin skill language
- Familiar with Ms. Office
- Good communication skills
