Vice President Associate / Assistant

An associate Vice President's responsibilities revolve around supervising management officials, devising strategies to boost sales and public brand awareness, liaise with external key suppliers and agencies, and craft new policies when necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Leading projects and departments
- Making project budgeting and strategies
- Manage yearly close process and external audit, financial statement preparation and in-house payroll processing.

- Manage departmental internal and client, leading to improve communication, document access and process information.

- Include forecasting sales, managing expense levels, project portfolio forecasting and oversight, and broker-dealer financial statement preparation.

- Develop strategy for outsourcing legacy merchandising system support to manage costs and position team for new system implementation.

- Lead all activities including project development, technical infrastructure and vendor management

- Develop marketing materials for wide range of target audiences

- Ensure high availability through the continual improvement of processes and the development of Project SOP

- Present in-depth knowledge of treasury and credit products to executive decision-makers.

- Assisting in handling department

- Provide a new or second opinion for the project and/or company strategic plans

REQUIREMENTS

1. Male/Female aged 25-35 years old

2. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business, informatics, or a related field & timelines and managing activities

3. At least 3 years of experience (preferably in a Start-Up company or related field)

4. Ability to lead a team, communicate effectively

5. Strong analytical & Presentation skills

5. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

6. Capable of working independently, in a structured & hands-on manner

7. Excellent English language skills (Mandatory), and Mandarin (Point Plus)

8. Willingness to travel (domestically and internationally) with a demanding schedule

9. Able to maintain good relationships with partners, staff, and business associates, & Effective team leadership abilities

10. Willing to travel abroad for work frequently
