Uraian Tugas

Indonesia Pomalaa Industry Park is a company engaged in the management of industrial estates located in Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi, currently opening career opportunities as Warehouse Clerk (Shift Duty) for placement at SITE Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi, with the following responsibilities and requirements:

Responsibilities:

  1. To entering employee must be aware of the various and regulations of the company. 
  2. Establish a ledger to record the incoming and outgoing materials in the warehouse and update them from time to time.
  3. Establish a daily inspection record sheet for the warehouse, inspect the doors and windows of the warehouse and the materials stored in each warehouse area, report any abnormalities immediately, and inspect the doors and windows of the warehouse to confirm that there are no hidden dangers in terms of fire prevention, theft prevention, etc. Only after completing daily inspection records can, you leave your post and get off work.
  4. Clean the floors in the warehouse every day. Floorboards should be arranged neatly. On weekends, you should clean the cobwebs on the ceiling and walls of the library, vacuum and wipe the windows.
  5. Check the fire protection facilities inside and outside the warehouse area once a day. If any problems are found, they should be rectified immediately and reported to the supervisor.
  6. Inspect the warehouse building once a week and report any abnormal conditions such as rain leakage or water seepage in a timely manner.
  7. Reasonably arrange the storage locations in the warehouse and reserve sufficient access channels, safety distances, and safety heights. Urge the loaders and unloaders to stack neatly according to the designated stacking positions. If you notice a tilt, correct it immediately. It is not allowed to walk, sit or lie on the cargo pile, nor is it allowed to sit or lie in the passage next to the cargo pile.
  8. Every pile of goods in the warehouse should be hung with a cargo tag in a conspicuous place. Every pile of goods should have an account. The product name, batch number, specification, quantity and the actual product on the cargo card and account should be completely accurate.
  9. When materials are put into the warehouse, the warehouse keeper should verify the name, batch number, and quantity of the incoming and outgoing items based on the picking list, and accurately receive and ship goods. After the goods are sent and received, they should immediately fill in the cargo card hanging on the cargo pile and record it immediately.
  10. Strictly check the acceptance of materials entering the warehouse and keep various acceptance data records. If materials are found to be damaged, they will be refused to be put into the warehouse. All materials are sent first and then sent out to prevent the storage period from being too long and deteriorating.
  11. All fragile items must be handled with care and placed in clear locations when put in storage to prevent pressure, collision, and beating.
  12. It is necessary to maintain a reasonable dry humidity in the warehouse according to the specified size. If the dry humidity exceeds the specified limit, open the door for ventilation to ensure that the materials are intact and not easy to deteriorate.
  13. According to the storage requirements of various items and material instructions, corresponding measures should be implemented based on actual conditions.
  14. Resolutely oppose the entry and exit of items with incomplete procedures. For the normal entry and exit of goods, warehouse managers must fill in various documents as required, especially release slips. No goods are allowed to leave the warehouse without a release slip.
  15. The documents and account books kept by warehouse workers should be kept properly, locked on weekdays, and sealed on holidays.
  16. Prepare a draft inventory report and submit it to the department supervisor on time.
  17. Complete temporary work arrangements from superiors.

Requirements:

  1. Three years of work experience, especially automotive maintenance
  2. Have experience and parts management is preferred, 
  3. Senior High school education
  4. Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing fluent, 
  5. Have a good health, able to bear hardships and stand hard work, strong sense of responsibility and dedication, obedience to the allocation of a sense of teamwork.
