- Supporting supervisor to monitor and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and efficient space utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of finished goods for order fulfillment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and facilitate efficient material flow.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, transportation, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics, such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover, and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Manage and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and other service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory compliance is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in a warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software tools for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory, documentation, and order fulfillment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications, such as Excel and Word, for data analysis and reporting.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing operational needs.
