- Supervise and manage logistics and distribution staff to ensure that products are delivered to outlet on time and in the most cost-effective manner.
- Develop and maintain a logistics plan that optimizes the distribution.
- Manage the logistics budget, analyze costs, and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for logistics and distribution to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Provide leadership and training to logistics and distribution staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Jobs Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in logistics.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), Diploma (D3), or High School Diploma (SMA).
- Understanding of planning, delivery, and daily route management
- Ability to work well in a team and independently with strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in creating logistics reports.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and Power Point.
- Maximum age requirement is 35 years old.
