JOB SUMMARY:
- Monitoring Stock Levels: Regularly assess stock levels and evaluate them against established standards;
- Purchase Requisition Creation: Generate purchase requisitions (PRs) for stock replenishment based on re-order levels;
- Perpetual Stock Checking: Conduct periodic stock checks to ensure accuracy and availability;
- Material Coding and Description Updates: Create and update material codes and descriptions for new stock items;
- Material Documentation: Handle documentation related to material receiving and issuing;
- Data Entry to CMMS: Record all material transactions in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS);
- Monthly Warehouse Report Preparation: Prepare monthly reports for the warehouse.
- Maintaining Clean Working Areas: Collaborate with other warehouse personnel to keep the warehouse and workspaces clean and comfortable.
- Standby Duty: Be ready for on-call duties during out-of-office hours related to warehouse functions.
- Participate in implementing quality, safety, health, and environmental policies;
Qualifications:
- Hold minimum Diploma in Economy, Management or Industrial Engineering graduated from accredited college or university (D3/S1);
- Have at least 2-year experience at Coal Fired Power Plant, Gas Turbine/Combine Cycle Power Plant will be preferred;
- Ability to work well and communication with others and self-directed;
- Proficiency with Microsoft office (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CMMS (Maximo);
- Understand of material knowledge and material handling including hazardous material;
- Understand of Warehouse management procedure and work instruction;
- Familiar with logistic and inventory management system;
- Familiar with material cataloging system.
