• Create and follow up Purchase Requisition submission
• Conducting Enterprise Resource Planning service interface (BeQik) job update
• Conducting Bill of Material List for service (SAP) update
• Updating repair on progress
• Managing service document

• Undergraduate students from any Technical Major
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel will be high advantage.
• Having great attention to detail.
• Familiar with data recording and data management.
• Convenient working on workshop environment.
• Keen for learning and showing initiative.
• Demonstrating decent and assertive communication skills.

• Open for COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY.
• Full-time and hybrid work arrangement paid internship for 6 months.
