AAA Agronomist Coffee

Job Descriptions:

• The coffee supply process in terms of volume, quality, and production conditions required by Nespresso.
• The implementation of the Nespresso coffee sustainability strategy and standards as well as positive impact projects. Promoting significant improvements for integral performance among the producers (quality, regenerative and inclusive),
• The relationship and partnership with AAA farmers members of the cooperatives. Maintaining the credibility of the AAA Program with the AAA producers and communities.
• Work closely with the cooperative's management team and field staff on the implementation and follow-up of the AAA program.
• Follow the guidelines provided by the ofi's sustainability team and the Nespresso Cluster manager based in Aceh.
• Provide training to AAA farmers and cooperatives' staff members following the guidance and approaches provided by ofi and Nespresso sustainability strategy.
• Contribute to enhancing the social fabric inside the cooperatives and their communities.

Job Requirements:

• Educational background in the agronomy sector - Minimum Bachelor's Degree
• At least three years of working experience in a related field
• Good communication skills (In-Person and Written): communicate effectively, and concisely in person
• Good organization skills.
• Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Integrative Thinking to be able to drive the future of agriculture
• Curiosity
• Strong teamwork capability (able to embark producers and partners on the same and long-term journey).
• Lead by example on the field
• Share and promote good Producers' practices, showcasing their model farm.
• Willing be placed in Aceh.
