Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive at Passnet in Bandung. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing solutions to meet those needs. The role involves generating sales leads, presenting and demonstrating products and services, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and account management experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of internet services and technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
