Job Description:
- Controlling the sales progress, and ensure the company sales target is achieved;
- Make sure all processes are in place and provide solution whenever needed by the team;
- Doing quantitative control, evaluation, analysis of sales work (number of visitors, transaction volume, transaction conversion ratio, etc.), summary report;
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and external parties;
- Monitory team performance in daily basis by updating the sales control situation and quickly formulate and execute action items for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years experiences in the accessories/smartphone industry;
- Strong in people management with excellent interpersonal skills, good communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to make plans and break down tasks rationally;
- Excellent experience in key account management;
- Excellent communication in English, Mandarin is a plus;
- Placement: Papua.
