Account Manager Oraimo - Papua

Job Description:

• Controlling the sales progress, and ensure the company sales target is achieved;
• Make sure all processes are in place and provide solution whenever needed by the team;
• Doing quantitative control, evaluation, analysis of sales work (number of visitors, transaction volume, transaction conversion ratio, etc.), summary report;
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and external parties;
• Monitory team performance in daily basis by updating the sales control situation and quickly formulate and execute action items for improvement.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years experiences in the accessories/smartphone industry;
• Strong in people management with excellent interpersonal skills, good communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to make plans and break down tasks rationally;
• Excellent experience in key account management;
• Excellent communication in English, Mandarin is a plus;
• Placement: Papua.
