Account Refferal Executive

We are looking for a referral executive to drive international patient growth in our hospital, especially at the MRCCC Semanggi.

Job description:
Maintain relationships with doctors, specialists, agents, and agencies and ensure that the information received by doctors, specialists, freelance agents, and agencies is up-to-date and in accordance with the needs of the Hospital to increase patient referrals to the Hospital

Job specification:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the relevant discipline.
• Experience in building network and experience in managing internal and external stakeholder relations
• Demonstrate excellence client service and relationship building
• Good business acumen
• Excellence in the ability to analyze data and draw solid, actionable insights
• Strong negotiation and sales management skills
• Ideally, a good understanding of hospital operations and products as well as national regulations
• At least intermediate proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Good business presentation skills.
