Accountant Intern

Zettabyte is a software development company that focuses on the education sector. We work together with our multicultural team from our offices in Singapore, Bali, Yogyakarta, and Paris to create and produce tools that increase the quality of life for anyone who is involved in the education sector.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Fast learner and quick thinker
• Strong understanding of MS Office / Google Sheet
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Able to communicate well and has strong skills in teamwork
• Can join the program as soon as possible
• Able to work in Bali (Badung area)

Responsibility:

• Support, prepare, and manage correspondence, reports documents related to the company.
• Support supervisors such as completing some reporting corporate governance in legal matters.
• Support in examining and analyzing accounting and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
• Support in the month-end close process
• Support in the preparation of tax schedules for tax filing.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecast reports.
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met and accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
• Prepare and maintain subsidiary company accounts.
