Job Description :

▪Provision of on-time and quality financial reports to internal customer

▪ Work closely with operations business managers as with the internal customers to provide them with performance visibility and ad-hoc financial analyses as background for business decisions

▪Provide quality and timely information for month-end closing activities (corrections of transactions, provision postings, cost center reviews, etc.)

▪Analyse and control warranty costs with operations to drive improvements 

▪Insightful value-added analysis and proactive resolution of issues 

▪Coordinate the regular business forecast, and annual cost roll and support strategic plan preparation 

▪Active role in the statutory audits/internal audits requirements (where applicable)

▪To evaluate proactively internal processes to drive improvement / standardizing across the functions

▪Manage the operations analysis team, develop the team, and provide effective coaching

Requirement :

1. Male / Female

2. Bachelor's Degree in Economic/Accounting/Management

3. 5+ Years of work experience

4. Strong English communication and Understanding skills (verbal & written),

5. Ms. Office and ERP skills are a plus

6. Max. 35 year old
