Job Description:

  1. Perform Bookkeeping Duties on software
  2. Create journal voucher and payment voucher
  3. Generate Purchase Order and Invoice
  4. Manage office documentation
  5. Perform administrative duties
  6. Perform Project Co-ordination duties
  7. Fulfil and update assigned task every day
  8. Answer phone in English
  9. Working in an English speaking environment

Requirement:

  1. Speak fluently and write effectively in English
  2. Accounting experience essential
  3. Accounting software experience an advantage
  4. Desire to work in a Software Company
  5. An organized person with a positive mindset
  6. Degree in Accountancy or Related
  7. Experience: Min 1 year in similar environment
  8. Able to travel to Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand
