Job Description:
- Perform Bookkeeping Duties on software
- Create journal voucher and payment voucher
- Generate Purchase Order and Invoice
- Manage office documentation
- Perform administrative duties
- Perform Project Co-ordination duties
- Fulfil and update assigned task every day
- Answer phone in English
- Working in an English speaking environment
Requirement:
- Speak fluently and write effectively in English
- Accounting experience essential
- Accounting software experience an advantage
- Desire to work in a Software Company
- An organized person with a positive mindset
- Degree in Accountancy or Related
- Experience: Min 1 year in similar environment
- Able to travel to Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand
