Accounting And Finance Staff

We open opportunities for Accounting to join our team. We are a company from Ukraine that is working on many projects to build villas, we need candidates who are competent and have experience in Accounting to enter this position.

Skill Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2. Additional expertise in Taxation is preferred.

3. Experience in the construction and real estate industry is considered an advantage.

4. In-depth knowledge of financial statements, auditing, and accounting procedures.

Job Description:

1. Financial recording:

Responsible for recording financial transactions (incomings, outgoings, purchases and sales, other expenses).

2. Financial Reporting:

Prepare financial reports every two weeks and summaries every three months (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow).

3. Cash Management:

Managing the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate funds are available to finance day-to-day operations of ongoing projects.

4. Taxation:

Prepare and submit tax reports.

5. Audit & Inspection:

Prepare documents and provide support during internal & external audit processes.

6. Contract Management:

Understanding financial clauses and payments based on contracts.
