Responsibilities
• Prepare VAT invoices and key in VAT• Prepare reconciliation of tax accounts, tax payment and Tax reporting• Prepare Withholding certificates and send to Vendors• Input, Journal daily transactions and checking the completeness of supporting documents• Communicate with users, vendors and SSO team• Prepare Payments• Administration work and filling• Support on audit
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accountancy• At least 2 years’ experience in all field Tax and Accounting• Brevet A & B Certification is a must.• Have Experience with Tax System• Strong attention to detail and communication skill.• Experience with MNC or US companies and Shared Service Organization would be a benefit.• Proficiency in MS excel, Google sheet & PPT
