Accounting Associate

Job Description

• Review and verify journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies.
• Maintain regular communication with teams such as AR, AP, Cost Control, and Tax departments to gather and verify financial data related to revenue and expenses.
• Assist in compiling and preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide support in analyzing financial data and generating reports for management review and decision-making.
• Conduct thorough reviews of journal entries to validate the accuracy of recorded transactions.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
