ABOUT THE ROLE:

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Produce and ensure the financial report is efficient, accurate, on time, and by applicable accounting principles
• Plan, coordinate, and control the company’s cash flow to ensure the availability of funds for the company’s operations and maintain a healthy cash flow
• Plan and coordinate corporate budgeting, and control the use of budget to ensure effective and efficient of funds to support the company’s operational activities
• Input transactions and journals to accounting system
• Checking and maintaining documents for business-related transactions
• Supporting in finance document filings, such as invoices, sales reports and other finance documents.
• Coordinate, and consolidate in the process of reconciliation and settlement of online payment transaction
• Coordinate and control planning, reporting, and payment of corporate tax liability to be efficient, accurate, timely, and by applicable government regulation

REQUIREMENTS :

• Excellent knowledge, and skills in accounting principal & reporting, budgeting process, taxation, banking and accounting, and office application (excel functions, statistic report)
• Have a good attitude, honesty, responsible, integrity, and attention to detail
• Good communication interpersonal skills and coordination within a team
• Have the ability and understand the flow of finance & accounting
• Well knowledge to operate MS Office
• Good knowledge of Accounting, Financing & Taxation in Food and Beverage field
• Fluent in English (business mail and written)

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Strong knowledge about finance and accounting in the Food and Beverage field are required for this position.
