Responsibilities:
- Help handle some of the related bank administration & documents (Opening bank account, updating bank user account, etc).
- Creating and checking payment request
- Create list for the outstanding invoices and advance payment
- Compile the supporting document for expense payment together with accounting team
- Check with the accounting team on the tax recognition
- Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements
- Create and check journal entries for bank and non-bank transactions.
- Assist the accounting manager in preparing the financial statement.
- Coordinate with other related divisions, mainly Finance and Operation Team for monthly closing support.
- Maintain accounting files and records, ensuring the security and confidentiality of financial data.
- Gather supporting data and documentation for internal and external audit.
- Help to prepare the withholding and VAT report on monthly basis
Requirement:
- Minimal University Graduate from Accounting and Finance related course or had more than
- 1 year’s experiences in job related to Accounting and Finance
- Strong interpersonal skills, good analytical and detail-oriented
- Familiar with basic accounting standards and financial statements
- Knowledge related to accounting and tax is preferable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel
- Able to maintain a meticulous and accurate work attitude under pressure and deadline
- Have good communication skill and team spirit
