PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in a Japanese logistic company to search for Accounting & GM to be placed in Cikarang (Jababeka Area). Please find the details below:

Job responsibility:

・Communicate with outside accounting consulting firm
・Monthly report
・Manage expenditure Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
・Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
・Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
・Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
・Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
・Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions
・Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-endes

・Management of personal information of all employees
・Submission and overall management of payment data for payroll, various allowances, various insurances, welfare aspects, etc.
・Sound operation and management of the company organisation as a whole in accordance with labour laws
・Responding to enquiries from employees and government agencies
・Production and updating of employment regulations and other rules and regulations

Requirements:

・ Bachelor Degree from any majors,

・ Have experience in a new company establishment,
・ Have working experience in accounting matters for 7+ years (if have HRGA experience will be an advantage),
・ Must be able to communicate in English (verbally and written).
