Responsibilities :
- Check, request, and follow up on orders and invoices.
- Monitor stock movements, product expiration dates and consider promotions, price changes, settlement, etc.
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
- Create training courses on product knowledge, handling and maintaining our products, equipment and materials.
- Quality control.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Build constructive customer relationships.
- Clean and maintain our displays and parts properly.
- Analyze sales, customer reactions and competencies to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges / stocks.
- Stock Op name.
Sometimes outside working hours (will compensate for additional hours regarding this activity).
- Maintaining Accurate Databases about Customers and Prospect Information.
- Make reports on the results of visits, reviews, actions and plans
- Other tasks requested by the Director.
Qualification :
- Minimum education diploma – Diploma - S1 in Accounting
- Have SIM A and C
- Previous 1 - 2 years experience in company, Modern Trade - Manufacture, Food or Beverage Factory, preferably in management position Accustomed to think strategy, problem solving, have high analysis
Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
