Job Descriptions:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and manual systems where necessary.
Record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during reconciliation processes.
Prepare financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.
Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and operations, to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting.
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
Job Qualifications:
Minimal Education D3/S1 in Accounting, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Familiar with administrative tasks & accounting software such as MYOB, Accurate, or Jurnal.Id
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Have good communication & problem-solving skills, adaptive, and willing to learn continuously
