You will be responsible for day-to-day general accounting tasks, including administering financial reports, input transactions etc.
Other responsibilities include:
- Reporting to Regional Account Coordinator, you will maintain and update accounting records and files monthly, as well as ensuring on-time financial reporting closure.
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses)
- Analyze budgets and create expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements
- Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct month-end and year-end financial report closures
- Prepare documents for audits, when needed
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities
You will demonstrate the following requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree, majoring in Accounting/Finance.
- Preferably, at least 2 years of experience with relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Understanding of financial accounting and preparing financial report.
- Good with numbers and detailed-oriented.
- Discipline and have sense of urgency to close monthly financial reporting on-time
- Persistent and strong drive in high-growth environment.
- Keen learner who enjoys learning and aims for professional and personal growth.
- Ability to work independently and as a Team.
