Accounting Staff

Job Description:

• Record Keeping: You'll be responsible for keeping accurate records of all financial transactions within the company, ensuring everything adds up neatly.
• Payroll and collection: You'll track outstanding invoices, follow up with clients or customers on payment, and work to resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.
• Budget Management: Working closely with different departments, you'll help create and manage budgets, making sure everyone stays on track financially.
• Financial Analysis: Crunching numbers and preparing reports will be a big part of your job. You'll analyze financial data to help us understand how we're doing financially and where we can improve.
• Tax Compliance: Making sure we follow all the rules when it comes to taxes is crucial. You'll help us stay compliant and file our tax returns accurately and on time.
• Financial Planning: You'll work with our senior team to plan for the future financially, helping us set goals and figure out how to reach them.
• Teaching: Beyond numbers, you'll have the chance to teach our students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Working onsite at our tuition center (address: Jl. Manyar Raya Rukan Manyar C11, RT.4/RW.1, Kapuk Muara, Penjaringan, North Jakarta, 14460)
• Experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in education (internship experience is allowed).
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication in English and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred who have teaching ability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Notes: After probation period ends, the salary will increase around 5-20% based on your performance.
