Responsibilities:
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Perform day to day financial transaction including verifying, computing, bookkeeping, recording and posting all transactions accurately using accounting system.
- Post operational journals efficiently and maintain up-to-date records including monthly journal closing (adjustment prepaid and revaluation of monetary accounts)
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable.
- Carrying out all policies, instructions, tasks, and directions established by the leader in the future.
- Support Finance & Accounting Manager on controlling & Supervision on Company SOP
- Supporting accounting assistant manager on preparing financial & tax reconciliation
- Manage commercial Invoice from preparation until submit to customer.
- Filing and documentation vouchers, contracts, and invoice copies
Administration Responsibilities
- Supporting in Office management role (General Affair & HR)
- Other administration tasks
Requirements:
- 25 – 30 years
- 4 years' experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Proficient in bookkeeping of company financial transactions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Fluently in English oral and written.
- Available to join as soon as possible.
- Skilled in posting operational journals accurately.
- Experienced in data reconciliation.
- Understand taxation regulations.
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and reports.
- Demonstrate agility and precision in handling financial documents and records.
- Holding Brevet A & B
- Proficiency in using ERP accounting software (SAP) and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and high-growth organization.
