Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in preparing and reviewing appropriate ledger entry reconciliations.
• Able to analyze numbers quickly while being well-versed enough with company policies to avoid making costly mistakes.
• Maintaining the general ledger system and preparing monthly financial statements submitted with regulatory reports to management.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting (monthly and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, revenue and expenditure variance analysis)
• Monitor and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports
• Enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.0
• Has Brevet A & B
• Has 3-5 years experiences from reputable Public Accounting Firm
• Excellent in Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point and Oracle system
• Proven working experience as Assistant Accounting Manager/Manager, Accounting Supervisor
• Ability to manipulate the large amounts of data
• Proven knowledge of bookeeping and accounting principles, practices , standars, laws and regulations.
