Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the accounting administrative team, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee and coordinate activities related to accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Supervise the processing and tracking of employee expenses.
- Implement and enforce expense policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Ensure that administrative tasks related to financial reporting are completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and address audit findings.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and organized financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with vendors and clients regarding financial transactions and administrative matters.
- Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within accounting administrative functions.
- Implement efficient workflows to enhance productivity.
- Provide training to accounting administrative staff on relevant tools and procedures.
- Facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an accounting administrative supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
