Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting principles.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• CPA certification preferred.
