Accounting, Tax & Finance Officer

As a Accounting, Tax & Finance Officer your role is to preparing statements (balance sheets, profit Loss, income statements, and cash flow), forecasting costs and revenues, managing tax payments, organizing internal audits, and analyzing financial trends to support the company's financial decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
• Able to do reconciliation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets, profit loss, income statements, and cash flow)
• Manage or responsible for tax payments
• Forecast costs and revenues
• Organize and assist internal audits
• Prepare budgets (for the company and by department)
• Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
• Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
• Analyze financial trends
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, & reports
• Manage and maintain the company’s accounting report & tax database.
• Determine tax savings and recommend strategies to improve profits.
• Evaluate tax regulations and suggest policies that diminish tax burden.
• Offer support and guidance during audits.
• Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports.
• Meet project deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, tax, finance or relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a tax accountant or similar role (fresh graduated are welcoming).
• Able to speak chinese is a plus
• Good understanding of MS Office (MS Excel) and accounting software.
• In-depth knowledge of tax accounting and bookkeeping processes.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills in English,
