Accounts Executive Cum Admin

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Data entry of purchase invoices and journal entries into the accounting system and ensuring all records are in proper order.
• Assist in clearance of goods importation matters.
• Responsible for monthly reconciliation of bank statements and inventories records.
• Assisting in the purchasing  and on-line banking payment function.
• Prepare monthly statement of account to customers.
• Prepare monthly claims for staffs. 
• Involve in stock count.
• Assisting in HR duties to including recording of leaves, attendance and etc.
• Act as a back up to Sales Admin Executive in preparation of invoices and DOs.
• Perform admin related duties and ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma or Degree holder is preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Independent and able to multi-task.
• Related working experience in a trading company is an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting system, experience in SQL Accounting software is an added advantage.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good in taking instructions well.
