This role as the Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the administration of the card programs and to provide helpful and courteous answers to customers and vendor inquiries.

 

Essential Functions 

  • Monitoring, and closing Service Now tickets.
  • Assist with vendor creation, maintenance. 
  • Resolution of P-Card and T&E Card questions. 
  • Effectively interact and communicate with internal and external customers on all levels.
  • Run reports from various sites/applications including Paymentnet and Oracle.
  • Efficiently process payments batches using various systems and processes with upmost care.
  • Audit work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Regular attendance is expected based on schedule and business needs. The schedule for this position requires the following availability, but is not limited to 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday-Friday. 
  • Participation in employee events, onsite meetings, hotel visits and industry conferences is expected
  • Work well with others at a variety of levels within the organization

 Experience 

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service or other customer facing positions
  • Above average written and oral communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Understanding of accounting functionality
  • Intermediate/Advanced data entry skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced ability to navigate websites and programs
  • Familiarity with Oracle is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
