- Delivers exceptional Customer Service to Clients
- Responsible for sourcing potential clients, negotiating rates and developing shipment solution for Manila, North and South Luzon areas.
- Ensures excellent customer service in delivering the greatest value for the customers.
- Creates, analyze and determine the best value options for our clients.
- Quotes and arranges a variety of shipments from customers.
- Organize pickups, delivery and billing in a timely manner.
- Coordinates with dispatching section to forecast client’s delivery and assurance of resources availability.
- Consolidation of shipments.
- Timely updates of shipment statuses.
- Prioritization of shipments based on client supplied requirements.
- Ensures accurate and complete transaction documents.
- Timely and effective resolution of issues, if they occur (delays, damage).
- Coordinate with Account Managers/ In-charge in managing account activities and processes.
- Analyze and manage account renewal process.
- Analyze and resolve client queries in accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain positive working relationship with clients for business growth.
- Develops an effective business presentation according to the client needs.
- Review reports for accuracy and integrity.
- Manage endorsement requests and change requests from customers.
- Develop account management plan to meet business objectives.
- Ensure client deliverables are in accordance with company standards.
- Execute and manage assigned work within allotted timeline and budget.
- Review and manage fund transactions, payments, invoicing, remittance, etc.
- Organize account meetings and provide agendas and meeting notes.
