QUALIFICATION:
- At least 1 year of proven experience in industrial/Service Company as Admin Staff or equivalent role, on Generator Set Company is a plus.
- Have Diploma (D3) in Industrial/Administration/ Secretary.
- Have a good organizational and time-management skills
- Able to negotiate and communicate well.
- Able to communicate written and spoken in English.
- Computer literate and able to use Microsoft office.
- Able to used SAP Hana
- Familiar with office supporting equipment e.g., printers & fax
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report directly to Service Manager and General Manager.
- Support Service Section pre-service work requirement including procurement, schedule management, expense estimation, etc.
- Support Service Section post-service work including, compiling work report, expense reporting, recording the schedule of completed work, compiling overtime report (if any), etc.
- Support AS Sales Team, for preparing quotation record customer order received and invoicing, etc.
- Act as an internal point of communication between Service Section, AS Sales Team, and other Section related to procurement, administration, or business operation within Company.
- Act as an external point of communication of Service Section, AS Sales Team, and external parties related to procurement, administration, or business operation between Company.
- Organize and archive Service Section digital and physical internal documents.
- Proceed and follow up invoice to customer
