Admin Claim Surveyor

• To acknowledge each claim notification and to advice the necessary claim documents.
• To register incoming claim into our Core System in accordance with claim manual.
• To initialy check policy coverage and or condition as well as premium status.
• To conduct a site survey and if necessary to assign independent Surveyor/Forensic/ other related party and liaise with them during claim process.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• At least 1 year experience in as Surveyor in General Insurance company or relevant, but fresh graduates with marine background are welcome to apply
• Good communication in English, both verbal and written
• Computer literate, especially in Ms. Excel with intermediate or upper level skills
• Hard worker and able to work under tight schedule and time limit
• Having personality aligning with the orientation following MSIG values
• This position will be contracted under Outsource for 2-3 years (Project Based)
