Amantara by Agung Sedayu Group is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Engineering Staff to support our engineering department. As a member of the engineering team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative assistance, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of various engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting the creation of exceptional spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the engineering department, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in coordinating engineering projects and initiatives, liaising with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors as needed.
- Assist in preparing and distributing project-related documents, reports, and presentations to stakeholders as required.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, alerting the engineering team to any potential delays or issues and assisting in problem-solving as needed.
- Coordinate procurement activities for engineering projects, including sourcing materials, obtaining quotes, and processing purchase orders.
- Assist in tracking project expenses and maintaining project budgets, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an engineering environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
