Job description:
- Monitoring and tracing shipments/cargo,
- Handling Administration (Payment, Invoice, B/L Documentation)
- Preparation of trade documents such as B/L and A/N
- Submitting documents to customs
- Sending invoice and/or documents to customer
- Correspondence with Shipper
Job Requirement:
- Experience in freight forwarding business at least 2 years
- Holding Bachelor degree in any major
- Have knowledge of basic procedures for Import and Export
- Have experience in handling manifest (Outward & Inward)
- PPJK License is not necessary, but certainly a plus.
- Great knowledge in documentation: BL, packing list, commercial invoice, BC2.3, BC2.0 (EPTE, Non-EPTE) and etc
- Great knowledge in regulation and customs clearance: HS CODE, PI, Lartas and etc
- Excellent administrative skills, basic Microsoft Office operations such as Excel and PowerPoint are advantage
- Having good communication and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English both written and spoken is an advantage
