Uraian Tugas

AdvanGram is looking to hire HR & Admin executive. Following are the requirements for this role:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including facilities management, office supplies procurement, and vendor management.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and coordination of logistics for company events or conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Assist with HR and administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the HR and administrative functions.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Great Problem Solving abilities.
  • Team player
