AdvanGram is looking to hire HR & Admin executive. Following are the requirements for this role:
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including facilities management, office supplies procurement, and vendor management.
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and coordination of logistics for company events or conferences.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist with HR and administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the HR and administrative functions.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Great Problem Solving abilities.
