Uraian Tugas

HR administrator plays a crucial role in managing various administrative tasks within the HR department of an organization.     1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

      • Assist in sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
      • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts and conducting orientation sessions.
    2. Employee Records Management:

      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and documentation related to performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
      • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
    3. Benefits Administration:

      • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
      • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and assist with enrollment processes.
    4. Performance Management:

      • Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating feedback collection, scheduling review meetings, and updating performance records.
